This was the best class I have taken. Melissa taught well going over all details and emphasizing correctness while practicing the skills. I did feel more knowledgeable when I left. The environment was conducive to learning, manikins and necessary tools for learning were supplied. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone who needs BLS certification. I will be back in two years.
